Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and carry $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial clients and property managers.

We operate Monday through Saturday, 7AM to 8PM. We are closed on Sundays. Emergency and after-hours service may be available — call us to discuss.

Dumpster pad cleaning is the professional pressure washing and degreasing of the area where your dumpster sits. Restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses are typically required by health codes to maintain clean dumpster areas. We offer monthly programs for commercial properties.

How far in advance do I need to book?
For residential services, we can often accommodate same-week scheduling. For commercial and large-scale jobs, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. Holiday lighting slots fill up very quickly — book as early as October.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, and ACH bank transfer for commercial accounts. Payment is due upon completion of service for residential jobs.
